Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative visual concepts by analyzing market trends, customer insights, industry developments, and competitive dynamics.
- Create high-quality visual content for digital, social media, print, advertising, and marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring creativity, accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all communication and marketing channels.
- Act as the team lead / reporting officer for Junior Visualizers & ensure proper guidance & coordination in quality work completion and motivation.
- Translate creative ideas, marketing objectives, and business requirements into actionable projects and impactful campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple creative and design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, sales, and management teams to deliver effective visual and branding solutions.
- Review, approve, and maintain consistency across all visual materials, ensuring adherence to brand standards and company guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve creativity, innovation, and design quality.
- Adapt and strengthen existing brand strategies to align with changing market conditions and business requirements.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
- Manage and supervise the performance, productivity, and daily activities of the creative department.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to designers and creative team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Uphold departmental quality standards, team welfare, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Ensure smooth communication between business and creative teams to achieve organizational goals effectively.
- Encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving to improve brand visibility and business growth.
- Align all creative activities, campaigns, and team efforts with the company's mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in creative design, visualization, concept development, branding, or creative management.
- Knowledge of 3D video editing and motion graphics is required.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard software including Blender, Maya, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design tools.
- Experience working in advertising agencies, print media, branding projects, and offline marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, social media, print, advertising, branding, and creative campaign design.
- Strong working knowledge of project management, design principles, brand development, and marketing strategies.
- Ability to convert concepts and ideas into successful creative projects and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense.
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, content development, and visual communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business objectives and creative execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
