About the Role
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Software Developer with hands-on AI product development experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong software engineering skills with practical knowledge of integrating AI into real business applications.
You will play a key role in building scalable products, leading technical decisions, improving development standards, and delivering intelligent features that create real business value. We want someone who is not only technically strong, but also proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership from idea to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust web and mobile applications
Build and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, automation tools, recommendation systems, intelligent search, OCR, or workflow assistants
Architect clean, scalable, and secure backend systems and APIs
Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to turn requirements into high-quality solutions
Optimize existing applications for performance, reliability, and user experience
Troubleshoot complex bugs and lead technical problem-solving
Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
Evaluate and implement modern tools, frameworks, and AI technologies where useful
Support deployment, testing, and ongoing product improvements
Required Skills
Strong experience in full-stack or backend-focused software development
Proven experience working on AI-enabled products, tools, or integrations
Good command of technologies such as PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Node.js, or Python
Frontend knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, or similar frameworks
Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, databases, and system architecture
Good understanding of Git, version control, and development workflows
Strong debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
Ability to manage projects independently and deliver production-ready work
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms
Understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and automation
Experience with Flutter or mobile app development
Familiarity with cloud deployment, DevOps basics, and server management
Prior experience in leading developers or handling technical ownership
Experience Required

1+ years of practical AI integration or AI product experience
