Project Delivery Manager – Odoo Software

Job Overview

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Project Delivery Manager – Odoo Software to lead end-to-end Odoo ERP project delivery, implementation execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination.

The ideal candidate must possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP project delivery, implementation management, or ERP consulting, with strong preference for candidates having pure Odoo ERP experience.

This role requires strong project execution capabilities, ERP implementation expertise, client management skills, and leadership experience to ensure successful delivery of multiple Odoo projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Odoo Project Delivery Management

Lead complete end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
Manage project execution, timelines, deliverables, implementation milestones, and client expectations.
Handle multiple concurrent Odoo ERP implementation projects efficiently.
Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations.
Conduct project planning, implementation roadmaps, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
Conduct requirement discussions, project reviews, status meetings, and implementation planning sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementation and communication.
Manage escalations, implementation risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder expectations.

Team Leadership & Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with Odoo Functional Consultants, Developers, QA Teams, Business Analysts, and Support Teams.
Monitor team productivity, implementation quality, and project performance.
Ensure accountability, ownership, and adherence to project timelines.

Odoo ERP Functional & Technical Coordination

Oversee implementation of Odoo modules including:
CRM
Sales
Purchase
Inventory
Accounting
Manufacturing
HR & Payroll
POS
Project Management
eCommerce
Coordinate customization, workflow automation, API integration, migration, and optimization projects.
Ensure proper testing, UAT, deployment planning, and implementation documentation.

Project Governance & Reporting

Prepare project plans, implementation trackers, reports, and delivery dashboards.
Monitor risks, dependencies, project delays, and mitigation plans.
Ensure documentation including BRD, FRS, SOPs, implementation plans, and deployment records.
Report delivery progress, escalations, and implementation status to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA, PMP, Agile, ERP-related certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP project delivery, ERP consulting, implementation management, or ERP project leadership.
Pure Odoo ERP experience is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple ERP implementation projects.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle.
Deep understanding of ERP business workflows and business process mapping.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Risk management, implementation planning, and escalation handling.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
