Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling IT services (Web/App Development, UI/UX, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and global client requirements, driving revenue growth through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and direct outbound sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and acquire new B2B international clients through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Bidding & Proposal Management: Write high-converting, tailored proposals and estimate project costs in coordination with the technical delivery team.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture leads through the entire sales lifecycle—from initial greetings and discovery calls to contract finalization and post-sale onboarding.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct preliminary discovery calls to understand client needs, translate them into clear project scopes, and communicate them to developers.
- Target Achievement: Meet and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and lead conversion targets.
- Market Analysis: Keep track of technology trends (e.g., AI/ML integration, specialized CRM setups, Web3) to pitch innovative solutions to potential clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in IT Sales / Software Service Sales (Experience in Indore’s IT sector is a strong plus).
- Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in profile management and securing projects via Upwork, Freelancer, or similar bidding networks.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid conceptual understanding of standard technologies (React, Node.js, PHP, Python, Mobile Apps, Shopify/WordPress, and Cloud Infrastructures) to accurately handle initial scope filtering.
- Negotiation & Closure: Excellent negotiation skills to convert leads without excessively compromising on project margins.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
