Full job description

We are hiring a Senior Flutter Mobile Application Developer who is a hands-on mobile app expert with strong experience in building high-performance Android & iOS applications using Flutter. The candidate must have delivered minimum 10 live mobile applications and should be capable of independently handling complete mobile app development life cycle – from architecture to deployment.

You will be working on large-scale SaaS platforms, consumer apps, enterprise mobility solutions, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and AI-powered mobile applications.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience
Must have delivered at least 10 live mobile apps (Play Store / App Store)
Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, and mobile UI/UX best practices
Experience with REST APIs integration
Ability to independently develop complete mobile applications

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based Android & iOS applications
Build clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile app architectures
Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect Flutter screens
Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, and push notifications
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness
Debug and fix production issues quickly
Publish apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
Work closely with backend developers, designers, and QA team
Participate in requirement analysis and sprint planning
Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter mobile applications for Android and iOS
Build high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart
Translate Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch designs into pixel-perfect Flutter UI
Develop reusable, modular, and testable Flutter components
Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON services, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs
Implement secure authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth)
Handle push notifications (FCM/APNS) and in-app messaging
Optimize application speed, memory, battery usage, and rendering performance
Implement offline storage, caching, and data synchronization
Manage app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store including certificates & provisioning profiles
Perform unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
Ensure code quality, security best practices, and performance benchmarks
Collaborate with backend teams for API design & optimization
Participate in code reviews and technical documentation
Implement payment gateways, subscriptions, and in-app purchases
Integrate maps, geolocation, camera, media, and device hardware features
Work with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds & releases
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub/Bitbucket
Continuously research new Flutter packages and mobile trends
Mentor junior Flutter developers when required
