We are seeking a polished, high-performing Senior Sales Consultant who embodies sophistication and possesses a proven track record in high-ticket luxury retail.
Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Consultant will be the face of our brand on the showroom floor. You will be responsible for welcoming elite guests, understanding their architectural layouts, and guiding them through a tailored, consultative design journey to convert high-value inquiries into seamless sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Luxury Consultative Selling & Revenue Generation
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets by presenting furniture layouts, custom fabrics, and high-end materials.
- Conduct premium showroom walkthroughs for HNIs, corporate heads, and VIP clients, delivering an elite guest experience.
- Understand architectural drawings, floor plans, and spatial layouts to recommend the perfect furniture configurations.
2. Clienteling & Network Building (B2B & B2C)
- Proactively build and maintain a strong personal portfolio of loyal clients (Clienteling) to drive repeat business.
- Network with local interior designers, architects, and luxury real estate developers to secure premium residential and commercial project leads.
- Follow up meticulously on high-value quotes, customization requests, and design pitches.
3. Showroom Standards & Product Expertise
- Maintain absolute, deep knowledge of international design trends, wood types, premium leathers, fabrics, and finishes.
- Ensure the designated showroom zones are impeccably styled, clean, and visually aligned with the brand's luxury identity.
- Collaborate with the logistics and CRM teams to track order timelines, ensuring flawless delivery and post-sales satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in high-value, consultative sales. Experience in luxury furniture, premium modular kitchens, lighting, high-end decor, or luxury real estate is highly preferred.
- Aesthetics & Design Sense: A strong visual eye and understanding of color palettes, materials, spatial balance, and luxury lifestyle trends.
- Communication & Poise: Impeccable grooming, sophisticated body language, and excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- HNI Handling: Comfort and confidence in interacting with high-net-worth individuals and industry-leading design professionals.
