Work Location: Anywhere in India

Conduct or Assist CRP and Elaboration sessions
Develop Oracle Retail Merchandising project of any complexity
Design, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.
Provide solution leadership to a diverse team in assessing and recommending the optimal solutions.
Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
Co-ordinate with PM and onshore DM or client to carry out day-to-day operations of the project
Ability to lead the team of 5-6 technical consultants, provide the guidance as applicable.
Must be able to independently manage simultaneous projects, communicate effectively, and have a customer-service oriented approach.

B.E / B. Tech / M. C. A./ M. S./ M. Tech

10+ years of experience
BE/MCA/BTech with functional domain knowledge of 6+ yrs of experience
Experience in 2-3 full cycle Oracle Retail MoM applications implementation is a MUST
Deep technical understanding of RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/RIB architecture and business processes
Expertise in integration and understanding of RWMS/OMS/Xstore/OROB modules is MUST
Strong hands-on experience in Forms, Pro*C, Data, Batch processes, PL/SQL is MUST, web services and ADF is good to have
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent presentations skills
Should be self-starter and work independently
Able to cope up with tight deadlinesOthers
