Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base across Kerala.
The ideal candidate should be capable of meeting customers, identifying business opportunities, promoting technology solutions, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Kerala.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, facility managers, IT managers, school managements, and business owners.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and presentations.
- Develop new customer accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Networking, Interactive Panels, Digital Signage, Video Conferencing, and AMC Services.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
Customer Segments
Target customers include:
- Schools & Colleges
- Hospitals
- Corporate Offices
- Manufacturing Units
- Retail Chains & Supermarkets
- Hotels & Resorts
- Builders & Developers
- Warehouses & Logistics Companies
- Government & Semi-Government Organizations
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, and AMC contracts.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
RequirementsQualification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales, AV Solutions, CCTV, Networking, Telecom, Security Systems, Office Automation, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
