Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying advanced AI/ML models, with a focus on solving complex business problems.

Location: Hyderabad/Indore

Key Responsibilities

Develop Models: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models.
Data Analysis: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Deploy & Maintain: Deploy AI/ML models into production and ensure their performance.
Innovate: Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and implement best practices.
Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models and processes.
Lead Team: Mentor and guide AI/ML team members.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Experience: 2 to 8 years in a development role with 2+ years in AI/ML development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and databases.
Leadership: Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
