Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven PPC Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on driving measurable results such as leads, conversions, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Manage full-funnel PPC campaigns focused on lead generation, e-commerce sales, and brand awareness
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis across platforms
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and platform-specific tracking
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, campaign setup, performance tracking, and optimization
- Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate lead tracking, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Perform A/B testing across ads, audiences, emails, and landing pages
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams for integrated digital marketing initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and marketing automation
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid advertising campaigns
· Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
· In-depth understanding of bidding strategies, audience targeting, funnel optimization, and ROAS-driven performance marketing
· Experience setting up and analyzing performance using Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and platform pixels
· Proficiency in building and maintaining performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio
· Experience in email campaign creation, execution, and performance optimization, including segmentation and reporting
· Working knowledge of CRM tools, with the ability to manage leads, track attribution, and support sales funnel reporting
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
· Clear communication skills with the ability to present insights and performance reports to stakeholders
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or other platforms
- Google Ads certification
- Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
