Job Title: SAP BSA – MM, Ariba, VIM & Concur

Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP Ariba, OpenText VIM, and SAP Concur. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end Source-to-Settle (S2S) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement transformation projects, supplier collaboration, invoice automation, and enterprise integrations across SAP ecosystems.

Key ResponsibilitiesSource-to-Settle & Procurement Management

Lead end-to-end procurement and purchasing lifecycle processes
Support supplier onboarding, sourcing, contract management, requisitioning, purchasing, goods receipt, invoicing, and payment processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve procurement operations

SAP Ariba Configuration & Support

Configure and support SAP Ariba modules including:
Buying & Invoicing
Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
Strategic Sourcing
Manage supplier enablement and Ariba Network integrations
Support workflow configuration, approvals, and procurement compliance

SAP MM & S/4HANA

Configure and support SAP MM processes in S/4HANA
Manage:
Material Master
Vendor Master
Purchasing Info Records
Pricing Procedures
Purchase Orders & Release Strategies
Work closely with technical and functional teams for enhancements and issue resolution

OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)

Configure and optimize OpenText VIM for Accounts Payable automation
Support:
Invoice exception handling
OCR/ICR processing
3-way matching
Direct and indirect invoice processing
Ensure smooth integration between VIM and SAP S/4HANA

SAP Concur Integration

Integrate SAP Concur expense management with SAP S/4HANA
Support employee expense reimbursement workflows
Ensure compliance with travel and expense policies

Integration & Technical Coordination

Manage integrations using:
Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)
IDOCs
BAPIs
BADIs
cXML
Handle master data synchronization between SAP and Ariba environments

Testing, Deployment & Support

Conduct SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment validation
Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Change Management & Documentation

Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions
Create functional specifications, process documentation, and support manuals
Drive adoption of procurement best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in SAP MM/Procurement implementation and support
Strong hands-on experience with:
SAP MM
SAP Ariba
OpenText VIM
SAP Concur
Experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong understanding of:
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Source-to-Settle (S2S)
Invoice automation
Procurement operations
Knowledge of integration technologies including IDOCs, CIG, BAPI, and BADI
Good understanding of accounting concepts and tax compliance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

SAP certifications in MM, Ariba, or VIM
Experience with SAP Activate Methodology
Agile/Scrum project experience
Exposure to industries such as Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Energy

Key Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage cross-functional coordination
Ownership mindset with attention to detail
Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month

Experience:

SAP BSA – MM, Ariba, VIM & Concur: 5 years (Required)
