Job Description
Responsibilities: - Analyze and assess claims data to identify trends and issues; - Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements; - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to claims operations; - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing; - Provide guidance and support to claims operations staff; - Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements within claims processes; - Assist in training and mentoring junior claims operations staff.
