Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agilist with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Guidewire and a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is a day shift role providing a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project progress.
Oversee the development and implementation of Guidewire solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
Provide guidance and support to the team in adopting agile methodologies and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any impediments or challenges that may impact project delivery.
Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by monitoring and managing project timelines and milestones.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders including product owners developers and QA teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support the team in maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and issues.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation including user stories test cases and release notes.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with Guidewire demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications.
Should have a strong background in agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully leading agile teams.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Should have a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance with experience in this domain being a plus.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Should be proactive and solution-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Should have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Must be proficient in using agile project management tools and software.
Should have experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams on agile practices.
Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.
Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.
Must be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and collaboration.
