Full job description

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Operation: Learn to set up and operate CNC/VMC machines under the guidance of a senior supervisor.
Material Handling: Load raw materials and unload finished components from the machine.
Quality Inspection: Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers and gauges) to check dimensions and ensure parts meet blueprint specifications.
Basic Programming: Train on how to read, understand, and input basic G-code and M-code.
Tooling: Assist in changing machine tools, inserts, and maintaining proper offsets.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine machine cleaning and ensure a safe 5S workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Skills: Basic mechanical understanding, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in shift rotations.
Experience: Typically a fresher or a candidate with less than 1 year of industrial experience.
