Role Summary
To lead a high performing Sales Team in given Geography. To lead and inspire team to achieve set business objectives. Sales Head will be responsible for running day to day affair of team management and sales process
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and execute sales plan by implementing Company’s Strategy
2. Should stay focused on exceeding short term goals ( Set for / on 12 month basis)
3. To create and expand Customer Base to achieve and exceed set annual business objectives
4. Manage HQ performance to achieve business objectives on monthly basis
5. Ensure that Sales Force Metrics like Workdays, Coverage Plan, Reach, Frequency and sales activities are adhered to set norms
6. Ensure implementations of marketing strategies through effective use of marketing tools on regular basis
7. Conduct monthly meetings to ensure that strategy implementation and key Sales Force metrics stays aligned to set parameters
8. Regular monitoring of primary and secondary sales at Stockist level ensuring proper inventory management
9. Foster relationship with KOLs & KBLs in every HQ and develop network for stability of business outcome
10. Ensure vacancy management by keeping a tab on field talent and bringing best possible resource within assigned people cost
11. Identify competence gap and address them on OJT basis
12. Keep an eye on competitive landscape and should be proactive in sharing business challenges in emerging scenarios with BH / Marketing Head
13. Comply with all norms as per company guidance
14. Foster good working relationship with external stake holders like CFA, Stockists , office bearers of various trade organizations
Qualifications / Key Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Health Science is must
2. Exposure to Dentistry will be added advantage
3. Good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office is desired
4. Should have good career track record
5. Should have good communication skills
6. Should be willing to travel extensively
7. Should be good in interpersonal skills
8. Should be a go getter and open to new ideas
9. Should be an effective Team builder
Language
1. Should be proficient in English
2. Should be proficient on local languages
Experience and Knowledge
1. Atleast 10 Years of experience with atleast 3 years as Sales Manager or atleast 5 Years as Area Manager
2. Deep knowledge of working domain
3. Good exposure of working geography
4. Good knowledge of supply chain setup, CFA and stockiest connect included
5. Good knowledge of customer segmentation
6. Understanding of working complexities of engaging with KOLs / KBLs / Key Institutes
7. Effective communicator
8. Strong Leadership ability
9. Should believe in Empathy and not Sympathy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
