Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Location: FFFF-252A, Phase-VIII,Focal Point,LUDHIANA ( NEAR FORTIS HOSPITAL)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily business operations and executive coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project updates with various departments
Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
Assist in business planning, coordination, and administrative support
Maintain filing systems and executive records
Liaise with clients, vendors, and senior stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting senior leadership or directors
Strong time management and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary 18000-25000

As per industry standards / based on experience.
