About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful UI/UX Designer who can bring clarity, functionality, and elegance to digital experiences. You’ll work across websites, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms, collaborating with strategists, developers, and designers to craft intuitive, user-centric designs. This role demands a deep understanding of both design thinking and real-world business impact. If you enjoy solving problems through structured, research-driven design and believe in a collaborative, creative environment - we’d love to meet you. Here is more detail breakdown of the responsibilities and requirements

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, or usability tests to understand real user needs. Convert this into practical insights.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to present your ideas and validate user flows.
UI Design: Design clean, scalable, and beautiful user interfaces for websites, e commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), and hybrid mobile apps.
UX Design: Translate user research into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and flow structures that enhance usability and experience.
E-commerce Experience Design: Focus on optimizing B2B/B2C checkout flows, product discovery, filtering, and mobile responsiveness.
Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with our front-end and back-end teams to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and responsively.
App Design & Hybrid Apps: Understand key differences in designing for hybrid vs. native mobile apps and how to optimize for both.
Design System Contribution: Maintain consistency by using or helping build design systems, UI kits, and reusable component libraries.
Usability & Accessibility: Ensure all designs are accessible (WCAG guidelines) and usable across devices, with a strong focus on performance and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 to 4 years of UI/UX design experience (agency or product-based)
A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX work (especially e-commerce or app based)
Proficient in Figma (must), Adobe tools, Framer, Sketch or other similar tools
Familiarity with e-commerce UX, responsive design, and conversion-centric UI
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills – able to present ideas clearly to both technical and non technical teams Ability to manage timelines, feedback loops, and multiple client projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to user needs and business goals

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

Good understanding of hybrid app design systems (Flutter, React Native, etc.)
Understanding of front-end handoff tools (Zeplin, Dev Mode, or Figma Inspect)
Past experience designing for Shopify, WordPress, or custom e-commerce platforms
Motion/UI animations or micro-interaction design exposure
