HR Executive

2–4 Years of Experience | HR Operations & Administration

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune – 411014

Job Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive with 2–4 years of experience in managing end-to-end HR operations and day-to-day administrative functions to support employee lifecycle management and smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems accurately.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs in collaboration with the finance/accounts team.
Drive employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in coordination with management.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, labour laws, and company HR policies.
Manage exit formalities including full and final settlement, exit interviews, and documentation.
Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, security, and facility management.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility-related services.
Support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements for employees as required.
Assist in organizing training sessions, performance appraisal cycles, and internal communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Good to Have

2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist and administrative roles.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple departments or roles.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll software.
Familiarity with office administration and vendor coordination.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
