About the Role
Tity Property is looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead our digital acquisition, brand growth, performance marketing, lead generation, and online customer engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing growth strategies that increase property seeker traffic, qualified leads, builder & developer enquiries, agent registrations, property listings, customer acquisition, and revenue.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM, and Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for Tity Property.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing growth plans.
- Define target audiences and customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop campaigns for property buyers, sellers, investors, agents, builders, and developers.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
2. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant advertising platforms
- Generate high-quality property and business leads.
- Optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing for advertisements, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute Tity Property's SEO strategy.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve organic rankings for high-value real estate keywords.
- Manage on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Develop strategies for increasing organic traffic and enquiries.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Analytics, rankings, backlinks, and organic conversions.
4. Social Media Growth
- Develop and manage social media growth strategies.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and qualified traffic.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams.
- Develop campaigns around property launches, projects, real estate trends, investment opportunities, and company initiatives.
5. Content Marketing
- Develop a content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan blogs, articles, videos, reels, infographics, landing pages, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
- Develop SEO-focused real estate content.
- Create educational content for property buyers, sellers, investors, agents, and developers.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital channels.
6. Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop strategies to increase:
- Website traffic
- App users
- Property enquiries
- User registrations
- Agent registrations
- Builder registrations
- Developer enquiries
- Property listings
- Site-visit leads
- Qualified sales opportunities
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
- Develop referral, remarketing, retargeting, and customer-engagement campaigns.
- Optimize the complete funnel:
Awareness → Traffic → Registration → Enquiry → Lead Qualification → Site Visit → Conversion → Retention
7. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Coordinate with the CRM and sales teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Implement lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Develop email, SMS, WhatsApp, and notification campaigns.
- Segment customers based on behaviour and requirements.
- Improve marketing-generated lead conversion.
- Track the complete customer journey.
8. Data & Analytics
- Monitor campaign and business performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze:
- Traffic
- Leads
- Conversion rates
- CAC
- CPL
- ROAS
- Revenue
- User acquisition
- Engagement
- Retention
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
- Prepare management reports and growth dashboards.
- Make data-driven marketing decisions.
9. Team & Agency Management
- Manage internal digital marketing resources and external agencies where applicable.
- Coordinate with sales, technology, product, design, content, and operations teams.
- Set marketing targets and monitor team performance.
- Guide junior marketing team members.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

- 4+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong knowledge of conversion optimization and digital funnels.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
