About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive Zonov.ai’s growth across the healthcare sector.

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, connecting with hospitals and healthcare organizations, building relationships with key decision-makers, and presenting Zonov.ai’s AI-powered healthcare solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, product presentations and demonstrations, regular follow-ups, relationship management, and supporting the conversion of prospects into long-term customers.

This is a client-facing role and may require travel for meetings, presentations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and relevant prospects.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market research, and other channels.
Connect with decision-makers and understand their business, operational, and technology requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and healthcare organizations.
Present and explain Zonov.ai’s AI-powered healthcare solutions and their business value.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions.
Travel for client meetings, business meetings, events, conferences, and related activities when required.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through follow-up and conversion.
Negotiate with prospects and support the closure of business opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track leads, meetings, demos, proposals, and conversions using CRM or internal tools.
Understand customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams to communicate requirements.
Conduct market research and identify new healthcare sales opportunities.
Work toward assigned lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
Represent Zonov.ai professionally in client interactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Technology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
Confident and professional approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with business decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and events.
Understanding of lead generation, sales, and business development fundamentals.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong follow-up, research, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in B2B sales, healthcare, SaaS, technology, or enterprise sales is an advantage.
Strong interest in sales and business development.
