Responsbilities:

Drive strategic outbound prospecting across email, calls, LinkedIn, social selling, databases, and other channels to build a high-quality sales pipeline.

Identify and engage key decision-makers and buying committees within target accounts through structured account and persona research.

Position WebEngage’s SaaS solutions through personalized, value-led outreach aligned with prospect priorities, business challenges, and industry context.

Own lead qualification and discovery, assessing business need, ICP fit, use case, intent, budget, authority, and buying timeline to determine sales readiness.

Prioritize and qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring high-potential opportunities are efficiently routed to the Sales team while appropriately nurturing or disqualifying low-fit prospects.

Conduct consultative discovery to uncover pain points, business objectives, existing solutions, urgency, and potential commercial opportunities.

Build relationships with prospects and convert qualified conversations into sales-ready opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Own CRM hygiene, follow-ups, re-engagement, and lead lifecycle management, ensuring accurate qualification and pipeline visibility.

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP, lead-scoring frameworks, targeting, messaging, and pipeline-generation strategies.

Analyze funnel metrics and qualification trends to identify conversion gaps, improve lead quality, and increase sales efficiency.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly activity, qualification, meeting, and pipeline targets.
Requirement :
-
3–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation, preferably within SaaS/MarTech.

2–3+ years of experience in the Indian market, with a strong understanding of B2B buying dynamics and decision-making structures.

Proven expertise in lead qualification, discovery, outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and opportunity creation.

Strong understanding of ICP qualification, lead scoring, buyer intent, objection handling, and sales-readiness assessment.

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Klenty, or similar sales-engagement and prospecting platforms.

Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or comparable CRM platforms.

Exceptional communication, consultative selling, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Highly self-driven, commercially astute, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, metrics-driven SaaS environment.
