Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, and customers during the night shift.
Provide information regarding hospital departments, doctors, services, timings, and facilities.
Assist patients with appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Respond politely to patient and attendant queries and provide appropriate guidance.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, emergency staff, and other hospital departments when required.
Handle emergency-related calls promptly and escalate them to the appropriate hospital team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, patient queries, and follow-ups.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and patient assistance.
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures.
Provide professional and compassionate communication with patients and attendants.

Requirements

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
