We are currently expanding our USA-focused lead generation business and are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for our US-based clients.
Job Overview
We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns and lead generation.
The ideal candidate should understand how to generate qualified leads rather than simply drive traffic. You should be comfortable working with campaign budgets, keywords, conversion tracking, negative keywords, ad copies, landing pages and performance optimisation.
Experience working with USA-based clients or campaigns will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns for USA-based clients.
* Manage Google Search, Display, Call and Performance Max campaigns where appropriate.
* Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent search terms.
* Create and optimise ad groups, keywords, ads and extensions/assets.
* Build and maintain negative keyword lists.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise bids, budgets and targeting.
* Focus on improving leads, CPL, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
* Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
* Work with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Analyse search terms, CTR, CPC, conversions and other campaign metrics.
* Identify wasted ad spend and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
* Conduct competitor and market research.
* Suggest landing-page improvements based on campaign performance.
* Prepare regular campaign performance reports and MIS.
* Troubleshoot tracking and campaign-related issues.
* Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies and best practices.
* Coordinate with the content, website and marketing teams when required.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
* Good understanding of Google Search Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
* Experience with keyword research and search intent.
* Strong understanding of match types and negative keywords.
* Knowledge of bidding strategies and campaign optimisation.
* Experience with conversion tracking.
* Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rate.
* Ability to analyse campaign data and make optimisation decisions.
* Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in USA lead generation campaigns will be preferred.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of Google Ads campaigns and understand the complete lead-generation process.
You should be able to look at a campaign and identify:
Where the money is being spent → which keywords are generating leads → which keywords are wasting money → why conversions are dropping → what needs to be changed.
This is a hands-on role and is best suited for someone who enjoys working with campaign data and improving performance.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Google Ads experience.
* Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
* Experience managing multiple client accounts is an advantage.
* USA campaign experience is highly preferred.
* Candidates should have hands-on campaign management experience rather than only certification-based knowledge.
* Must be comfortable working from our Daryaganj, New Delhi office.
* Should be able to work independently and meet campaign deadlines.
Important
Candidates may be asked to complete a practical Google Ads assessment during the hiring process to evaluate their actual campaign knowledge and optimisation skills.
