Summary:

As a Sales and Support Intern at HelloLeads CRM, you will assist in understanding customer needs and providing exceptional support . You will have to step into the shoes of HelloLeads users and empathize with them . Your role will involve doing demos Understanding customer needs and ️ Configuring HelloLeads CRM, understand and ️ Addressing and resolving customer issues. Description

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their needs.
Fluency in Hindi or other languages is a valuable asset for customer interactions.
