Compliance/Secretarial

Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure compliance of the provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and RBI Directions.
Interpretation of provisions and filing of forms/returns within the specified timelines.
Coordinating board/general meeting and monitoring follow up actions.
To prepare and approve legal forms, agreement leases and other official documents when authorized by the board of directors.
Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial disclosures, and other filings as per statutory requirements.

Skills Required:

Education Requirements:

A professional qualification (CS Company Secretary)

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws for NBFCs.

Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within an NBFC or financial services firm.
