Full job description

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced candidates.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and a good understanding of both Digital Design and Print Design. The candidate should also have knowledge of video editing and be able to create engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for both digital platforms and print media.
Design creatives for social media, websites, digital advertisements, online campaigns, presentations, and marketing promotions.
Create print-ready designs for brochures, catalogues, packaging, banners, standees, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
Understand basic print specifications, including dimensions, bleed, resolution, CMYK/RGB colour modes, and file formats.
Develop creative concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, social media content, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and product videos.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements.
Maintain consistency in branding, colours, typography, layouts, and overall visual style.
Edit and enhance images, graphics, videos, and other visual assets as required.
Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design, social media, video editing, and industry trends.
Take feedback positively and make revisions as required.

Required Skills

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge or experience in both Digital Design and Print Design is required.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of CorelDRAW or other print design software will be an added advantage.
Understanding of print-ready files, CMYK/RGB colour modes, bleed, resolution, and file formats.
Knowledge of designing for social media, digital advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Basic to good knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding.
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
A portfolio demonstrating Digital Design, Print Design, and/or Video Editing work is preferred. Freshers may also share their academic, internship, freelance, or personal projects.
