Full job description

Role: Training Coordinator

Company: Tribe Catalyst (Hiring on behalf of a Well Reputed EdTech Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Remote

Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary Band: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

The role involves coordinating and supporting training and academic activities, working closely with tutors, teachers, academic mentors, students, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of training programs and learning processes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 months of teaching experience and exposure to international curricula such as IGCSE, ACARA, or similar international curricula. Candidates may come from school teaching, online or offline EdTech tutoring, academic mentoring, or academic coordination backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support day-to-day training and academic activities.
Coordinate with tutors, teachers, academic mentors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules, sessions, and academic activities.
Follow up with trainers and academic teams regarding training completion, attendance, assignments, and other academic requirements.
Support the onboarding and training of tutors and academic staff as required.
Coordinate with tutors and academic teams regarding schedules, availability, substitutions, and changes.
Monitor training attendance, participation, completion, and related records.
Communicate training schedules, requirements, updates, and instructions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to address training-related queries and resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate records related to trainers, tutors, training sessions, attendance, and academic activities.
Support the academic team in maintaining the quality and consistency of training and learning processes.
Assist in evaluating training requirements and coordinating follow-ups where necessary.
Ensure timely completion of assigned academic and training-related activities.
Assist with other academic, training, and administrative responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is mandatory.
Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 months of teaching experience is mandatory.
Candidates must have teaching experience in a structured academic, school, EdTech, or educational environment.
Experience with international curricula such as IGCSE, ACARA, or similar international curricula is mandatory.
Candidates with experience only as home tutors/private tutors are not eligible.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teachers, tutors, students, and internal teams.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple training and academic activities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
Prior experience in an EdTech or education environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
