Full job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Founder's Assistance Intern to work directly with the Founder and leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in startup operations, business strategy, project management, and executive support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, managing priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Schedule and organize internal and external calls and meetings.
Attend meetings, document key discussion points, action items, and follow-ups.
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Prepare professional presentations, reports, business documents, and PowerPoint decks.
Conduct market, competitor, and industry research as required.
Assist with strategic projects, business development initiatives, and operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Prepare summaries, reports, and updates for management review.
Provide day-to-day support to the Founder on business-critical activities.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional attitude with a high level of accountability and ownership.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a startup ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

Final-year students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
Previous internship or leadership experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and handling confidential information.
