What you will do

Volvo Financial Services (VFS) is seeking a Sales Executive - Bangalore. You will report to the Area Sales Manager, Eicher, VFS India. You will be a key member of the VFS India Eicher Sales team and will be based Bengaluru.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to contribute significantly to the Eicher Sales Function as an individual contributor. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets, focusing on both volume growth and market penetration. This role will require effective collaboration with the dealership sales team to generate maximum referrals for VFS India and successfully convert them into sales opportunities. The role also involves managing a profitable portfolio for the assigned Eicher Dealership, ensuring high standards of operational efficiency and maintaining a healthy relationship with the dealership.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. A successful Sales Executive at VFSI will operate with a high level of integrity, ensuring ethical conduct in all interactions. Your ability to understand and align business goals with customer needs will be essential to driving growth and success in the role.

Main Activities and Responsibilities Include:-

Lead generation from the dealer across MDT, HDT, and Bus verticals.
Achieve monthly volume and penetration targets
Ensure timely logins, approvals, and disbursements for referrals received from the dealer using internal VFS systems
Maintain good collaboration and coordination with the dealer sales team to maximize business opportunities
Ensure pre-screening and follow the due diligence process
Handle Post Disbursement Documents (PDD) collections
Ensure collection of the 1st EMI
Monitor early delinquency and non-starters
Maintain and update the referral report regularly
Participate in the marketing activity held by dealer
Local language is a must
