About the Role - Business Insights Analyst

Important Note : This role focuses heavily on consumer, customer, market, and
commercial analytics rather than software requirement gathering.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming complex data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze consumer, customer, and market data while creating impactful reports and dashboards.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a US-based multinational client and collaborate with a global team across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Insights Analyst
Analyze and interpret consumer, customer, and market data to generate actionable insights
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making
Work with large, complex, and imperfect datasets to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Define and track key business KPIs and performance metrics
Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reproducibility across projects
Support strategic planning through data-backed recommendations
Qualifications for the Business Insights Analyst Role

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
Marketing Analytics

Economics
Statistics
Econometrics
Data Science
Or related quantitative fields
2–5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles
