Develop and execute a comprehensive supplier qualification strategy for low-cost regions.
- Lead PCBA qualification projects, ensuring suppliers meet our technical and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align supplier capabilities with company requirements.
- Manage project timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent supplier qualification projects.
- Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in PCBA qualification and familiarity with IPC standards.
- Experience working in or with low-cost regions and understanding of associated challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
