Required Qualifications
- BSW – Bachelor of Social Work /MSW – Master of Social Work/ B.A Sociology / HSC / Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring recruitment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions across our manufacturing facilities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements for production, operations, maintenance, warehouse, and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Helpers, Operators, Technicians, Electricians, Fitters, Welders, Drivers, Warehouse Staff, and Contract Workers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, local vendors, staffing agencies, employment exchanges, ITIs, and field recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future manpower requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
Hiring & Onboarding
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Collect and verify candidate documents.
- Coordinate pre-employment formalities and onboarding processes.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and social media recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and hiring activities when required.
