Full job description

Role Purpose

TIB RETAIL is hiring an experienced Graphic Designer with expertise in retail branding, indoor branding solutions, and large-format printing artwork. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete design execution for retail fitout projects, in-store branding, exhibitions, signage systems, and promotional graphics while coordinating with production and execution teams for accurate output delivery.

Preferred Industry Background

· Advertising & Signage Industry

End-to-End Workflow Responsibilities

· Understand branding requirements from clients and internal teams

· Develop creative concepts and retail branding layouts

· Prepare print-ready artwork files for production

· Coordinate with clients/design team for approvals and revisions

· Handle indoor branding graphics, signages, wall graphics, kiosks, and display branding

· Work closely with production team regarding material sizes, printing specifications, and output quality

· Ensure artwork compatibility for UV, vinyl, ACP, flex, fabric, and other print formats

· Support execution teams during installation and branding deployment

· Maintain artwork library, project files, and version control

· Coordinate with vendors and printing partners for timely output delivery

Key Responsibilities

· Designing retail branding and promotional creatives

· Preparing large-format print artworks

· Creating branding concepts for stores and exhibitions

· Designing indoor branding materials and visual merchandising elements

· Handling client revisions and design modifications

· Ensuring color accuracy and print quality standards

· Coordinating with production team for final output

· Managing multiple branding projects simultaneously

· Supporting site branding requirements when needed

Technical Skills Required

· Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory)

· Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)

· CorelDRAW (Mandatory)

· Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes

· Understanding of indoor branding materials and print production

· Print setup knowledge including bleed, DPI, CMYK, and finishing

· Knowledge of mockup presentations and branding visualization

· MS Excel & project coordination basics

Experience Requirement

· 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing

· Must have experience in retail branding / large-format printing industry

· Experience in indoor branding and print production coordination preferred

Educational Qualification

· Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Strong experience in branding and print design

· Understanding of retail branding execution workflow

· Ability to handle pressure and fast turnaround projects

· Practical knowledge of print production and branding materials

· Candidate from retail branding/signage/advertising industry preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
