Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual to fill the role of Junior Administrative Assistant. This position is instrumental in supporting our company's daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and providing vital administrative assistance to senior executives. The Junior Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute significantly to the success of our organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organize and manage company events, including employee engagement activities, to cultivate a cohesive and vibrant work culture.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

3. Provide comprehensive administrative support such as managing correspondence, overseeing file systems, procuring supplies, and optimizing office procedures for efficiency.

4. Foster seamless communication and task coordination among various departments, ensuring streamlined workflow and information dissemination.

5. Uphold strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive data and exercise discretion in all tasks.

6. Proactively anticipate the needs of senior executives and provide timely support to enhance their productivity.

7. Serve as a professional representative for senior executives, exhibiting courtesy and professionalism in all interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

0–1 year

OR Freshers can allow

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Any Graduate, Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or related fields

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Prior internship or work experience in HR, administrative support, or executive assistance is advantageous.

Exposure to project management or event planning is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels.

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask without compromising accuracy.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software or tools as required.

4. Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

6. 6. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally, exhibiting a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.

SALARY

Minimum 15K to 20K, based on interview.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
