Sounderic is India's leading online speech and occupational therapy platform, trusted by 5,000+ clients across the country. We connect children and adults to certified therapists through a flexible, technology-driven model — making quality therapy accessible to every family, regardless of location.
We are a small but fast-growing team with big ambitions. As we scale, we are looking for a driven, organized, and people-smart professional to join us in a role that sits at the intersection of business growth and day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a startup environment where no two days look the same — this is the role for you.
Role Overview
This is a single, high-impact role that combines business development with operations management. You will be the organizational backbone of Sounderic — keeping our internal processes running smoothly — while simultaneously driving outward growth through partnerships, sales, and client acquisition.
You will work directly with the founder and clinical team, making you a key decision-maker in how Sounderic grows. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable closing a partnership deal with a school and following up on a pending invoice on the same day.
