Job Description

Job Title: Circle Head - Elite Vertical
Company: Axis Max Life Insurance

Job Description:
As the Circle Head for the Elite Vertical at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the elite sales team within a specified geographical circle. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and achieving business targets. You will oversee the entire sales process, from recruitment and training of the sales force to performance management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the Elite Vertical.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness and implement improvements.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to enhance customer offerings.
