Sr. Content & Marketing Manager

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office (6 Days Work Week) | Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur

Reporting To: Founder – Aanchal Bhatia

Team Size: 6–7 Members

About Meera’s Plus Size Store

We are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) women’s ethnic wear brand specialized in curating beautiful and trendy garments for our Plus Size Queens.

We strongly believe that — You are already beautiful, “Our mission is to make you feel that way.”

We are India’s most loved brand in our segment.

Our journey began from a 10X10 feet store, driven by the realization that there were very few options available to fulfill the fashion requirements of plus-size beauties. Often, they were greeted with the disheartening statement:

“INKA SIZE TOH YAHA NAHI MILEGA”

Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base.

Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have served 5 lakh+ women and built a strong presence across social media platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic & execution-focused Head of Content & Marketing to lead our brand communication, social media, creative production & campaign planning.

This role requires someone who understands both:

Creative storytelling AND
Performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership & Team Management

You will lead a team of:

Graphic Designers
Video Editors
Content Writers
Social Media Executives
Influencer & CRM coordination teams

Social Media & Content Strategy

Lead Instagram, YouTube & social media growth strategy.
Build monthly content calendars & campaign plans.
Plan viral reels, trend-led content & storytelling formats.
Oversee captions, hooks, thumbnails & brand communication.

Brand Marketing & Campaigns

Plan festive, wedding & sale campaigns.
Coordinate online & offline store marketing activities.
Build omni-channel brand visibility campaigns.

Performance Marketing Understanding

Work closely with Meta & Google Ads teams.
Plan performance creatives & ad hooks.
Analyze:
Website
3 Retail Stores
Analyze:
Engagement
Watch Time
CTR
Reach
ROAS
Conversion trends

Team Management

Lead & mentor the content and creative team.
Ensure timely execution of tasks & campaigns.
Create accountability & process-driven workflows.

Brand Consistency

Maintain consistent communication & aesthetics across:
Website
Instagram
CRM
Ads
Offline stores

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Media, Branding or related field (preferred).
Minimum 4+ years of experience in D2C/Fashion/Lifestyle marketing.
Prior experience managing creative/social media teams.
Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form video content.
Understanding of Meta Ads creatives & CRM marketing.
Understanding of Shopify backend & e-commerce ecosystem is preferred.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Highly organized with strong ownership mindset.
Passionate about fashion, branding & storytelling.
