Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

Rausheena Udyog Ltd (Engineering Division) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support day-to-day data management and reporting activities. The candidate should have good typing speed, accuracy, and strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for handling project and operational data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data records accurately in Excel sheets and company databases
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Handle data verification, correction, and document filing
Maintain proper records of project-related and departmental data
Generate reports using Advanced Excel functions and formulas
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information
Perform other administrative and office support activities as required

Required Skills & Competencies

Mandatory knowledge of Advanced Excel
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong typing speed with high accuracy
Knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, filtering, and data formatting
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organized working style

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
Diploma/Certification in Computer Applications will be preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates having experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment will be preferred
Immediate joiners are highly preferred
