Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Digitalization lead We are looking at a Digitization lead who can drive business excellence initiatives within the Genpact Growth functions. Key responsibility would be to engage with business teams and lead cross-functional projects that improves business processes and drives transformational value through the application of deep process knowledge and Digital tools. Responsibilities: - The Digitization lead will oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects. - The type of projects that this leader will run include: - Defining and implementing strategic process transformation and digitization initiatives across Sales Pricing Compensation and other functions - Drive innovative problem solving through leveraging AI/Agentic AI/ data science and digital technologies front and centre and external breathing/ best practices. - Acts as a liaison between business needs and IT deliverables translating business requirements into functional technical specifications - User experience design for the capabilities that Growth Operations provides to our internal clients - Ensure adoption of the new technologies and process
