The Academic Counsellor at DreamZone plays a vital role in bridging the gap between prospective creative minds and our specialized industry-driven programs. Key Responsibilities1. Student Counseling & Career Guidance
- Conduct informative, personalized one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their parents (in-person, telephonic, and via video calls).
- Understand individual student interests, aptitudes, and career aspirations to recommend the best suited curriculum (e.g., Fashion Design, Interior Architecture, Animation).
- Explain course structures, certifications, career opportunities, and portfolio development benefits clearly.
2. Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Actively manage and nurture inbound inquiries generated from walk-ins, digital marketing, website leads, and educational fairs.
- Own the complete sales closing life cycle: making follow-up calls, booking product/course demonstrations, and overcoming student objections.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission, enrollment, and collection/revenue targets.
3. Onboarding & Administration
- Facilitate the entire documentation and admission process seamlessly, including application completion, document verification, and fee collection.
- Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call metrics, and enrollment statuses within the company’s CRM software and MIS trackers.
- Coordinate with the faculty and center operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and welcoming experience for newly enrolled students.
4. Brand & Event Promotion
- Assist in organizing and executing student recruitment events, open houses, workshops, and seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any stream (a background or deep interest in Fashion, Interior Design, or Fine Arts is a significant bonus). 12th pass with excellent communication skills may be considered.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome, though 1–3 years of experience in educational counseling, ed-tech sales, customer service, or inside sales is highly preferred.
