Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Business Analyst with Alteryx and Power BI Experience! In this role we are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Agile Business Analyst with strong expertise in Alteryx Power BI and Agile delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the Investment Banking domain with the ability to gather complex business requirements translate them into user stories and deliver data-driven solutions that support regulatory operational and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of business analysis data analytics stakeholder management and Agile execution skills. Responsibilities: - Agile Business Analysis & Delivery - Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements. - Translate requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. - Manage and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA. - Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups demos and retrospectives. - Ensure traceability of requirements through development testing and deployment. - Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management - Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews across Front Office Middle Office Operations Risk and Compliance teams. - Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives and regulatory changes. - Create functional requirement documents (FR Ds) business requirement documents (BR Ds) and process flow diagrams. - Serve as liaison between business teams and technical/data teams. - Data Analytics & Automation (Alteryx) - Design and develop automated workflows using Alteryx for data extraction transformation and reporting. - Perform data cleansing blending and validation across multiple financial systems. - Optimize workflows for performance scalability and audit compliance. - Support data quality and governance initiatives. - Reporting & Visualization (Power BI) - Develop interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI. - Build data models DAX calculations KP Is and executive-level reporting metrics. - Implement row-level security and best practices for financial reporting. - Deliver actionable insights for regulatory reporting revenue tracking deal pipelines and operational metrics. - Investment Banking Domain support - Support initiatives related to: - Trade lifecycle management - Client onboarding (KYC/AML) - Regulatory reporting - Capital markets and deal tracking - Risk and compliance analytics - Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and audit requirements. - Assist in data reconciliation and reporting accuracy across systems. - Testing & Quality Assurance - Develop test cases and support SIT/UAT cycles. - Validate solutions against acceptance criteria and business objectives. - Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams.
