As a Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with the CEO, Director, and senior leadership. This role blends business development, event engagement, and executive support—giving you direct exposure to strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events & Product Demos

Engage on the Show Floor: Approach exhibitors, understand their offerings, and introduce our SaaS products—whether or not we have a booth.

Qualify Leads: Gauge interest quickly, collect details, and log insights during interactions.

Deliver Product Demos: Present tailored demos in-person and remotely (Google Meet).

Network Post-Event: Attend dinners, mixers, and private gatherings to build relationships and secure follow-ups.

Secure Meetings: Arrange and lead one-on-one sessions with CEOs and decision-makers.

Plan Travel: Manage domestic and international trips. All approved travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the company.
2. Research & Opportunity Hunting

Identify growth opportunities in verticals like healthcare, finance, and software.

Monitor competitor activity and refine event strategies.

Prepare market briefs and insight reports for leadership.
3. Client Relationship Management

Source leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.

Work with product and engineering teams to propose tailored solutions.

Maintain accurate client logs in the EGC CRM system.
4. Sales & Pipeline Growth

Co-develop sales plans with measurable KPIs.

Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Provide weekly reports on performance, pipeline status, and improvements.

Refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
5. Executive & PA Support

Act as the Director’s Personal Assistant—managing calendar, meetings, travel, and daily workflow.

Prepare decks, agendas, and follow-up documents for leadership meetings.

Handle confidential communications with professionalism.

Anticipate needs and organise schedules and logistics proactively.
What We’re Looking For

Fresher–5 years of experience in IT/AI business development, with exposure to events and executive support.

Confident, professional presence at events—both at booths and in networking settings.

Highly organised, reliable, and discreet, with executive assistance experience.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally at short notice.

Strong understanding of SaaS, software development cycles, and AI offerings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Good to Have

Project management experience or certification.

Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
