Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Tamil Nadu for an E-Commerce Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, including overseeing product listings, optimizing online sales channels, analyzing sales data, and managing customer inquiries. Responsibilities also include improving website performance, enhancing user experiences, and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms and company website.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to monitor sales performance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to prevent stock-outs.
- Track and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues in coordination with the support team.
- Optimize product visibility using SEO and platform-specific best practices.
- Work closely with marketing teams to drive traffic through digital campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
