About Flo Mattress

Flo Mattress is one of India's fastest-growing mattress and sleep solutions brands. We are looking for enthusiastic Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our Procurement team and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, inventory planning, vendor management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials required for uninterrupted production.
Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities based on production requirements.
Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Planning teams to understand material requirements.
Support vendor negotiations and procurement cost optimization initiatives.
Assist in vendor account reconciliation and resolution of invoice-related discrepancies.
Maintain procurement records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement MIS reports.
Identify opportunities for supplier improvement and process efficiency.

Skills Required

Basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
Knowledge of Inventory Planning and Material Management concepts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Tally/ERP systems will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers and candidates with internship exposure in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Strong interest in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Management.
