Administrative Roles & Responsibilities
1. Office Management
· Ensure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
· Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
· Organize and maintain physical files and documents.
· Manage office equipment and facilities.
· Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors (AC, printer, water dispenser, plumber, electrician, etc.).
· Maintain records and invoices for office-related expenses.
· Coordinate with vendors for pantry supplies, couriers, maintenance work, and other office requirements.
· Ensure the office workspace is clean, organized, and functional.
2. Communication Handling
· Attend and manage internal phone calls and emails.
· Welcome and record visitor/client entries.
· Maintain inward and outward registers.
· Handle courier dispatch and receipt records.
· Verify monthly courier invoices for accuracy.
· Pass messages and information to relevant staff members.
· Support smooth internal communication within the office.
3. Record Keeping & Documentation
· Maintain accurate and updated office records.
· Manage pantry stock and monitor inventory regularly.
· Prepare a monthly list of pantry and office requirements.
· Maintain pantry and office expense invoices in Excel records.
· Ensure all documentation and records are properly filed and accessible.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
