About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented professionals to join our US Healthcare Backend Office team. This is a non-billing process role, focused on administrative and backend support tasks for US medical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle backend operations such as patient data management, handling patient calls and queries and documentation.
- Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willing to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in US Healthcare / RCM process will be an added advantage.
