Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within the overseas education sector. As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our client base, and fostering strategic partnerships with educational institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including educational institutions, agencies, and other stakeholders in the overseas education sector.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Executive role, preferably within the overseas education sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of the overseas education market, including knowledge of study destinations, academic programs, and visa requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and execute effective sales strategies.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
