Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Technical Solution Architect Agentic AI In this role you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under Genpact Next as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutionsdomain-specific autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance among others set to expand across service lines. The assistant vice president of agentic AI solutions supports the design implementation and optimization of AI solutions using autonomous agents to enhance process efficiency decision-making and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with product engineering and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven capabilities. Key responsibilities: Opportunity assessment: Evaluate client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying Agentic AI solutions such as workflow automation and decision agents. Architectural design: Support the design of multi-agent architectures and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations. Integration collaboration: Work with engineering teams to facilitate integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP) customer relationship management (CRM) and Helpdesk platforms. Proof-of-concept development: Assist in the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact. Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KP Is) such as accuracy and latency. Compliance assurance: Ensure solutions adhere to compliance security and ethical AI guidelines. Documentation creation: Develop client-facing technical documentation and training materials.
