Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join its digital marketing team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in digital marketing and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research using SEO tools and industry best practices.
Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content optimization.
Support off-page SEO activities such as backlink analysis and link-building campaigns.
Perform website audits to identify SEO issues and recommend improvements.
Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Analyze competitor websites and prepare SEO reports.
Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.
Track keyword rankings and website traffic performance.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.
Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals is an added advantage.
