Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web, mobile, and API-driven applications.
Lead solution design and contribute to architecture decisions.
Build clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive engineering excellence through best practices, automation, and observability.

Required Skills:

Full Stack Development React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot

Cloud Architecture Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; Microservices & Cloud-Native Design

Mobile Development React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android

Testing & Quality Engineering Unit, Integration, E2E Testing, Test Automation

DevOps Practices CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring

Database & Data Systems SQL, NoSQL, Caching, Event Streaming

API Design REST APIs, GraphQL, API Gateway Patterns

Preferred:

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries.
Exposure to Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, or Financial Platforms.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
